What is better Master's in Management Science or International Relations

What is better Master's in Management Science or International Relations?
I would like to work for goverment in future or any world organization as NASA or NATO. Althou i have a choice of two master's rigth now i dont' know which one would put me on a right track and give me more opportunities in future. Any thoughts pls? Thank you

I would choose International Relations because you want a job dealing with international affairs.
